In an era defined by Brittle structures, Anxious mindsets, Non-linear challenges, and Incomprehensible disruptions (BANI), school leadership has never been more critical—or more complex. As we navigate this BANI landscape, the role of education must evolve with urgency and clarity. This conference, “Leadership at the Edge: Navigating Complexity, Empowering Futures,” invites school leaders to reimagine their impact—by engaging the hearts and minds of Gen Alpha learners, fostering future-ready competencies, and uniting multigenerational teams to shape resilient, forward-facing school communities. Together, we will explore how to lead with agility, purpose, and vision in times of uncertainty—ensuring that our students and staff not only adapt to the future but thrive in it.
Because Real Leadership begins where the map ends.

GELC 2026 will explore how schools and educational institutions can embrace this BANI future by preparing and empowering our young people to thrive in a different and disrupted environment. Participants will hear from thought leaders on how we can leverage technology and collaboration within multigenerational teams to foster a culture of ‘We-First’ in schools even as we navigate a different global and local compact.
